For over 30 years Sterlingdale has specialised in creating statement rooms for luxury residences.

Design
We produce fully detailed, scaled plans and elevation CAD drawings. Your unique design is then modelled into photo realistic computer generated images CGI so you can fully immerse yourself in the potential of your exciting place.
Made to measure
Every kitchen is unique in size and shape. At Sterlingdale we only design and make custom sized kitchen cabinets. Every cabinet in your room will be made by us just for you.
In house
From start to finish the whole process is in house with our team from spraying our furniture to making our own carcasses. Our designers are also the craftsmen who build and fit the furniture.
Our Story
Since 1985, Sterlingdale has been run by two generations of the same family. They maintain the same values and quality of service and pride themselves in their superb British craftsmanship.
Based in their Dorset workshop, they design, manufacture and install bespoke fitted kitchens, bedrooms, dressing rooms, studies and designer freestanding furniture.
Every piece of furniture is traditionally handcrafted by our master craftsmen and individually tailored for you and your needs using the finest sustainable and traceable materials.
Sterlingdale are unrestricted with their designs and using the latest technology combined with the traditional methods and techniques can design and create truly bespoke one of a kind pieces of furniture to suit your exacting requirements and fit your home perfectly. Every process takes part in-house in their workshop overlooking Dorset countryside.

CARCASSES
Made to measure. At Sterlingdale we make our own carcasses and as such we are able to offer you, the client, a large variety of materials, colours and textures for your kitchen, bedroom and furniture units.

DOORS
We use multiple finishes to create the right shape, style and texture for our doors. From solid wood and ply panels, designer Xylo Cleaf MFC board to MDF and HDF, we will use what suits you and your design.

FRAMES
We only make our frames out of sustainable solid wood whether it be oak, poplar, walnut, ash or even maple .we will match the frame to your doors.

HINGES with MAGNETIC SOFT CLOSURES
Beautiful and robust brass or stainless steel hinges combined with our innovative soft magnetic door closures ensure the traditional look but with modern door closure. On our contemporary and modern furniture we use Blum soft close hinges that come in two finishes.

DRAWERS
All our drawers are made to measure in-house by Sterlingdale. Built to last a lifetime using traditional cabinet making methods we offer our traditional dovetail boxes as well as the more modern Blum tip-on blue motion legrabox in stainless steel. Our drawers can be lined with optional burr veneer, metal to leather and colour matched to your cabinet interiors to finish your luxury look.

HANDLES
Our design team can help you choose from our exclusive range of handles to complete your own design. Ensuring your handles, compliment your colour palette, taps and appliances.

LIGHTING
From the simplest of lighting to the more complicated systems, we deliver what looks outstanding and what helps with functionality. We like to add LED lighting inside kitchen units to allow the user to see what they are looking for. We also use mood lighting to set the tone of the room via the furniture.

COLOURS
After seeing literally thousands of room designs we know what works, what looks good. Sterlingdale designers will work with you to produce the perfect colour palette for your design. Selecting the perfect paint colour, interior finish, work surface and handle.

APPLIANCES
We are able to offer luxury appliances from Sub Zero, Wolf to Miele. We work closely with Caterbitz who will be able to help you with choosing the right appliances for your own special requirements.

SURFACES / WORKTOPS
We offer a selection of luxury, beautiful high quality surfaces including quartz stone, natural stone, wood (sustainable) and metal. Sterlingdale work closely with local stone masons and fabricators to meet the needs of our clients.
